Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of talented developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals
Architect and implement scalable solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
Ensure top-notch code quality with PHP (Laravel), Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines Work with modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and ELK stack Drive technical discussions and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning Assist in recruiting and onboarding to build a high-performance team
Requirements:
7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in leadership
